took 4omg for four days. cut to 30mg for four days. im on 2omgsince yesterday. still not getting any relief of mind boggling sy mptoms . havent slept at all. help me to know if l can go to trn safely.

Try going down slower like 40mg to 35 then 35 to 30 30 to 25 etc it always works, weekly that is.
I take them all the time for pain and emphysema.
Yes if you have been on them to long you may experience diabetic symptoms like dizziness
