l was told to take it for 5 days, 40mg a day.. l have inflammation near my ears and in the back of my head, l guess.. due to allegies!!! Well, tomorrow is my last day taken it and my ears are clogged more then ever, and l was not sure, if it clears up after l stop or should l have already notice a differents already??? Someone told me, that l will not notice change till l stop taken it!!!
You definitely should have already noticed an improvement. Prednisone is a VERY potent anti-inflammatory drug. Contact your physician.
go back to see your doctor it could be a ear infection or something else that he could give you to clear it up and make you better so i hope that he does figure out whats going on.
I would go back to the doctor that gave you the medicine. It should have cleared it up by the time your done with it.

Prednisone is just a steriod that is supposed to hep your body get back on it is feet so to speak. I would take some suddafed now and as often as it is recommended. That will definitly help. Best wishes
